What's Happening Wednesday

What's Happening?  Let me tell you.  A lot of sitting.  A lot of thinking.  2 weeks of PD will come to a close tomorrow.  TOMORROW people!  I'm so excited to be done with the fun and engaging class.  (you can note a little sarcasm here if you really pay attention)

This has been my view for last 2 weeks.
I'm taking a class via a closed network within the county. (I have no idea what to call this)  We have 4 classrooms all linking up together and sit 8 or more hours a day looking at this screen.  Sometimes the teachers are on there but most of the time it is just the document camera and a lot of math.
 4 Notebooks, atleast an inch and a half thick each are provided with this course.  4!  That's a lot of information!

Don't get me wrong, I love learning, and I'm getting some awesome hours logged for this class but sitting in the summer is just....wrong.  I should be at the pool!

We do get to play with counting blocks though so that's a plus!

So that's why I have not been blogging, or creating, or enjoying anything the last 2 weeks.  I will make it through tomorrow. I think I can, I think I can.

What else is up?
This is my Monday Made It for two weeks ago still sitting undone.....{insert sad face here}

And in more EXCITING news.....
I'm leaving for the ISTE conference in a couple of days!
I am so excited!  I've never been to a conference of this magnitude before so it's going to be a new experience for me.  I'm getting nervous about information overload though, I know I'm going to see a lot of really cool new things! I wonder if I will run into any bloggers?  Are you going to ISTE?

Last but not least, I have actually finished a project this week.  I'm excited to have finished up my first 6 weeks of centers for Kindergarten.  They are aligned with my Reading Street curriculum but these babies can stand alone!
You can click on any of the pics to check them out!
I've got these all 50% off until I leave for ISTE!

NOW...head on over and link up with Smorgie for What's Happening Wednesday.  There are a lot of great things happening out there!
